2. Dealing with the Paperwork and Park Rules
The Galapagos is a highly protected national park, and entering the islands involves significantly more paperwork than a standard holiday. To avoid any issues, every traveller needs:
A Transit Control Card (TCT) processed at the mainland departure airport.
A thorough baggage inspection to ensure no organic materials are being brought into the delicate ecosystem.
The Galapagos National Park entry fee paid upon arrival.
